Semestr oxiri. Hamma imtihonlar tugadi va kursdoshlaringiz bilan restoranda bayram qilyapsiz. Kimdir tost aytishni so'radi, siz esa hamma bilan yengil suhbatlashyapsiz va tabriklayapsiz.
Maqsad: Do'stlaringizni tabriklang, qisqa tost ayting, qiziqarli xotirani bo'lishing va ta'tildagi rejalar haqida gaplashing. Hisobni bo'lishishni ham xushmuomala hal qiling.
Priya: Okay, everyone, glasses up! Jasur, you should say something!
You: Oh no, really? Okay, okay. Um, I just want to say, well done, everyone. We actually survived the first semester!
Ollie: Barely!
You: Ha, exactly. Honestly, when I arrived in September, I didn't know anyone, and I was really nervous about my English. So thanks for making it feel like home. Cheers, everyone!

Priya: Aw, that was lovely. Do you remember that first group project? I thought we were going to fail.
You: Oh God, yes. The night before the presentation, when the file wouldn't open? I still have nightmares about that.
Ollie: And we ended up getting a first! So, what are you doing over Christmas?
You: I'm going back to Tashkent for two weeks. I can't wait to see my family, and to eat my mum's cooking, to be honest.
Priya: Bring us back some sweets!
You: Deal. What about you guys?
Ollie: Just home to Bristol. Lots of sleeping.
You: Sounds perfect. By the way, how are we doing the bill? Shall we just split it evenly?
Priya: Yeah, that's easiest. I'll pay and you can all send me the money.
You: Great, send us the amount in the group chat. And congrats again, everyone, seriously.

- Britaniyada tost qisqa va hazilli bo'ladi. O'zbek to'ylaridagi uzun, rasmiy tostlardan farqli o'laroq, 2-3 jumla yetarli.
- "Cheers" - tost so'zi ham, "rahmat" ham. Stakanlarni urishtirganda ko'zga qarash odatiy.
- Do'stlar orasida hisobni teng bo'lish (split the bill) juda keng tarqalgan. Kimdir to'lab, qolganlar bank ilovasi orqali pul o'tkazishadi.
- Spirtli ichimlik ichmasangiz, stakaningizdagi suv yoki sharbat bilan ham tostga qo'shilishingiz mumkin, hech kim e'tibor bermaydi.
