Assistant: Okay. Have you got the receipt?
You: Yes, here it is. I bought it on Tuesday.
Assistant: Great. Would you like a replacement or a refund?
You: Hmm, I think I'd prefer a refund, actually. I'm a bit worried the same thing might happen again.
Assistant: That's fair. Did you pay by card?
You: Yes, this one.
Assistant: Okay, if you pop it in the machine... that's done. It'll take three to five working days to go back into your account.
You: No problem. While I'm here, is there a different kettle you'd recommend? I still need one.
Assistant: This one's a bit more expensive, but it's got much better reviews.
You: Okay, I'll take that one then. Thanks for being so helpful.
