Presenting: opening a presentation
Taqdimot: boshlanish qismi
Siz modulingiz bo'yicha 10 daqiqalik individual taqdimot qilyapsiz. Mavzu: "The use of chatbots in customer service". Auditoriyada 20 talaba va o'qituvchi. Birinchi bir daqiqa eng qo'rqinchli qism.
Maqsad: Tinglovchilarni salomlashing, o'zingizni tanishtiring, qiziqarli bir fakt yoki savol bilan e'tiborni torting, taqdimot rejasini ayting va savollar qachon berilishini tushuntiring.
Tutor: Okay, next up is Jasur. Whenever you're ready.
You: Thanks. Right, good morning, everyone. Can everyone at the back hear me okay?
Student: Yep.
You: Great. So, I'd like to start with a quick question. Hands up if you've spoken to a chatbot in the last week.
You: Okay, that's, um, almost everyone. And keep your hand up if it actually solved your problem.
You: Right, quite a few hands went down there. And that's basically what my presentation is about.
You: So today I'm going to talk about how companies are using chatbots in customer service, and why so many of them still frustrate customers.
You: I've divided it into three parts. First, I'll give a bit of background on how these systems work. Then I'll look at a case study from a telecom company I used to work with.
You: And finally, I'll suggest a few ways companies could design them better.
You: It should take about ten minutes, and I'll leave some time for questions at the end, if that's okay.
Tutor: Perfect.
You: Okay, so, let's start with the background.
Maslahatlar
- Taqdimotning birinchi 30 soniyasini yodlab oling. Qolgan qismini kartochkalar yordamida gapirsa bo'ladi, lekin boshlanish ishonchli bo'lishi kerak.
- Britaniya auditoriyasi rasmiy "Dear audience" dan ko'ra oddiy "Good morning, everyone" ni afzal ko'radi.
- Rejani oldindan aytish (signposting) tinglovchilarga, ayniqsa xorijlik talabalarga, sizni kuzatishni osonlashtiradi.
- Hayajonlansangiz, sekinroq gapiring va jumlalar orasida qisqa pauza qiling. Pauza sizni ishonchliroq ko'rsatadi, zaif emas.
